Refund policy

If you purchased a yearly or monthly subscription through the website, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Reading Teachers offers a 5‑day money‑back guarantee for our website customers. After 5 days, no refunds will be offered.

To obtain a refund, please email support@readingteacher.com and provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Your full address
• A contact phone number
• Your email address
• The subscription that you purchased (and would like a refund for)
• The date of purchase
• The reason that you want a refund
• If you are not 100% satisfied with our program and that’s why you're looking for a satisfaction guarantee refund. Please put that in the subject and we will provide a specific form to fill out.

 

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will process your refund as quickly as possible (please allow up to 14 days).

ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN MADE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL LOSE ITS SUBSCRIPTION. Reading Teacher reserves the right to deny any refund requests given unique circumstances.

 

As stated on the order form, when obtaining access to Reading Teacher, access automatically renews UNLESS canceled.

Limitation of Liability

READING TEACHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reading Teacher and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.

Changes to this Agreement

Reading Teacher may revise this Agreement at any time without notice by updating this posting. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Site or Services shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in California.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Reading
