After payment, no credit card details are retained or stored. Stringent physical and technological measures are taken to protect customer information.
Student information is stored separately and will never be contacted or used in any way outside of providing login access information.
If you purchased a yearly or monthly subscription through the website, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Reading Teachers offers a 5‑day money‑back guarantee for our website customers. After 5 days, no refunds will be offered.
To obtain a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your full address
- A contact phone number
- Your email address
- The subscription that you purchased (and would like a refund for)
- The date of purchase
- The reason that you want a refund
- If you are not 100% satisfied with our program and that’s why you're looking for a satisfaction guarantee refund. Please put that in the subject and we will provide a specific form to fill out.
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will process your refund as quickly as possible (please allow up to 14 days).
ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN MADE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL LOSE ITS SUBSCRIPTION. Reading Teacher reserves the right to deny any refund requests given unique circumstances.
